This allows them the time to make what they make so well, and to make more, so that we can all share their triumphs, and devour the fruits of their labor. Our customers are select delicatessens and fresh food stores, self-reliant grocers and corner general stores, quality butchers, fruiterers and fishmongers, health food stores and organic shops, discerning hotels, restaurants and caterers. Our customers are the retailers at the coalface of the food industry, and those who comprehend the demands of those with discerning tastes, those that grasp that food is so much more than just sustenance. From grower to maker to distributor, and from retailer to the customer at the counter, we are all bound by a plain love of truly appropriate food. Our relationships and accepting of the needs of our customers, suppliers and the consumer means we are better equipped to make the right choices and anticipate market trends and demand.
