Red Room Studios is located in Faulconbridge in the Blue Mountains, NSW just an hours drive from Sydney. All formats are catered for: Cubase, the Norman Lindsay Gallery cafe serves excellent coffee, Reason etc on both Macintosh and PC. Parking is on site, Digital Performer, Ableton, Logic, meals and take-aways and accommodation can be arranged. The studio is based around an Avid Pro Tools 9 HD Native system running in a hybrid set up to incorporate the best of analogue and the convenience of digital. It can get a little Twin Peaks at times, so keep an eye out for the Log Lady. Our aim is for the surroundings to inspire your music with either the log fire roaring in winter or the doors open on the balcony to record under the expanse of the Milky Way in summer. Red Room is a well equipped project studio that can cater to budgets and projects of all sizes from demos through to finished released product. Red Room shares its valley with the Norman Lindsay Gallery, the very same valley that inspired much of Norman Lindsay's artwork and the children's book the Magic Pudding. (more).
