Wood ford Homes takes great pride in our work and our people, our staff are fully employed not subcontracted and share Allen and Len’s vision and commitment to quality and permanent relationships with our clients from conception to completion of all projects. Allen worked for NuSteel for many years, concentrating on using steel frames for commercial buildings. In 1998, when NuSteel were closing down, he made the decision to move into home building. The business has continued to grow since then with customers recognizing Allen’s friendly, collaborative approach and the excellent standards in craftsmanship and safety that the Wood ford Homes team demonstrates. Len has a key role at Wood ford Homes, managing the business on a day today basis. While Len has completed her management qualifications she is perpetual looking for training opportunities to update her skills (especially IT systems) to improve efficiency and streamline processes at Wood ford Homes. Len enjoys using her management, customer service and organizational skills to ensure that each Wood ford Homes project is run efficiently with contented customers and a happy and productive team. All our carpenters are locals from the Blue Mountains and surrounds. They’re trained to a tall glossy of skill and have the necessary qualifications, are sociable and mannerly to clients, and take pride in their workmanship. Our team of carpenters is elated to maintain the attention to detail and quality conclude of the Wood ford Homes standard. Shane began working with Wood ford Homes as a contractor where he showed huge potential and was offered a job. Shane is a terrific people person and his rapport with the customers is a huge asset to Wood ford Homes.
